Step 1: At the login screen, select Forgot Password
Step 2: You enter your securities account number registered in Viet Dragon and ID/ Certificate of Business registration information registered with that account
Step 3: Create a new password, authenticate OTP. Congratulations on successfully updating your new password
Attention: A password requires the minimum of 8 characters, distinguished between Uppercase and Lowercase letters, and must not contain special characters (+, -, *, /…).
